Shipping Policy

Delivery: Address: Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer after payment is acknowledged. Products will be delivered within 30 days from the contract conclusion date, provided payment is received, unless otherwise communicated.

Delivery Restrictions: We do not deliver to hotels, professional addresses, or PO boxes.

Delivery Methods: Customers cannot select delivery methods. Shipments will be processed according to our experience with services for timely and safe delivery, following IATA guidelines for perfume transport.

Shipping Estimator: An estimator tool is available on Lika's Chogan to calculate approximate shipping costs. Delivery times are indicative.

Notification: Customers will receive an SMS or email about the expected delivery date and carrier. You may contact the carrier to arrange a different delivery date.

Direct Pickup: For orders collected directly in Barletta, items will be stored at the point of sale for 15 days. After this period, the order will be considered terminated, and the amount paid will not be refunded unless mutually agreed. To collect items directly, present the Order Confirmation Email and an identification document.

Damaged or Lost Items: We will repair or replace any product damaged or lost during shipment free of charge if reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery, with the receipt, original packaging, and all accessories.

International Shipping: Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Lika's Chogan is not liable for delays due to customs processing.

Refund Policy

Refunds: Items once shipped are deemed sold and removed from inventory. Refunds are not available for shipped items purchased on Lika's Chogan.

Partial Refunds: Not applicable.

Refund Process: To request a refund for damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
